1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operators and owners of qq742.
• "You", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through qq742.

2 Eligibility

• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or in a state of financial distress.

3 Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money game content on qq742, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

1. One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on qq742. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qq742 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
5. Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Indonesian payment channels.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

qq742 supports a range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.
• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single deposit: Rp 100.000.000 via bank transfer channels.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Requests outside these hours are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: qq742 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals. Standard interbank transfer fees imposed by your bank are outside qq742's control and are the Player's responsibility.
• Matched Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. qq742 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not satisfy this requirement.
• Source of Funds: qq742 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

qq742 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly published at the time each promotion is activated. General bonus conditions include:

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing only. Players who have previously abused promotional offers, operated duplicate accounts, or violated these Terms are not eligible for bonuses.
3. Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins have a defined expiry period. Any unused bonus balance or free spins not exercised within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Game Weighting. Wagers placed on different game categories may contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may carry different contribution percentages — these are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5. Maximum Bonus Win. Certain promotions cap the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
6. Abuse and Collusion. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or account sharing will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated balances.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on qq742. Game-specific rules for casino titles, togel (numbers lottery), and other game categories are published within each product section of the Platform.

• Accepted Wagers. Bets are only valid once confirmed by qq742's system and a unique bet reference has been issued. Verbal confirmations or on-screen previews do not constitute an accepted wager.
• Odds and Lines. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. qq742 does not retrospectively apply odds changes to already-confirmed bets.
• Void Bets. qq742 reserves the right to void any wager where it has reason to believe the odds were set in error, where a match has been abandoned or postponed beyond the defined settlement timeframe, or where an event outcome has been determined to be subject to integrity concerns.
• Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled on the basis of all selections being correct. A single voided selection within a mix parlay will result in that leg being settled at odds of 1.00 (evens), with the remaining selections settling normally.
• Live Betting. In-play markets operate under accelerated timelines. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. qq742's trading team has the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum Payout. A maximum single-transaction payout cap applies across all markets. Details are available in the individual sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq742 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or display glitches to obtain credits or advantageous outcomes. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent Platform rules.
• Attempting to use qq742 for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other mechanism to mask your true geographic location.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports integrity violation in connection with any market offered on qq742.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on qq742 — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, interface designs, text, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq742 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if qq742 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, data transmission delays, or Platform unavailability caused by factors outside qq742's direct control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, statistics, or any other data presented on the Platform, which is provided on an "as is" basis.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of a third-party payment service, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay, where such loss arises from the policies or failures of those third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits qq742's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. qq742's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

qq742 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against qq742 through their bank or payment provider.
• Discovery that the registered Player is under 21 years of age.
• Request by the Player to self-exclude under qq742's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon termination for cause, qq742 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause at qq742's discretion, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file within a reasonable processing period.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting qq742 support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements tied to active bonuses at the time of the request.

11 Privacy & Data

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 10.
